Who We Are

Global reach. Local talent. Human-first outsourcing.

Ubuntu Freelancers is a South African-based BPO and virtual staffing partner supporting a growing client base across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.

We were created to bridge the gap between world-class freelance talent in South Africa and international businesses, with a strong focus on clinicians, therapists, psychologists, counsellors, coaches and allied health providers.

What started as a small idea rooted in community quickly became a trusted solution for therapy practices seeking reliable virtual support.

Our mission is simple. We provide exceptional and consistent assistance to global clients while creating meaningful, sustainable employment for South African professionals.

When you work with Ubuntu Freelancers, you are not only outsourcing admin. You are choosing a virtual staffing partner that invests in people, uplifts communities and offers a better, more sustainable way to grow your practice.

Specialised Support for Therapy and Wellness Providers

Ubuntu (oo-boon-too) symbolises being human and translated means ‘I am because we are’.

The spirit of ubuntu is about the essence of humanity towards others. It implies that we are not isolated, that we are part of a global community and through mutual support we can reach our full potential.

It encompasses the interdependence of humans and is a philosophy that supports collectivism over individualism, a belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity.  That we are part of a significant relational, communal, societal, environmental and spiritual world.
